2nd time back while visiting the city for a work conference. Wanted to get some faves in Flushing before leaving and White Bear is a must!
For $10, you get a huge fix of pork wontons in spicy oil and scallions. Quick service (order at window) and it's definitely what I consider street food. It is so good the 2nd time around and definitely shareable. Unfortunately I couldn't finish and was so sad lol (even contemplated bringing the rest with me onto the flight). Overall, make a stop here!
FOOD - good but over hyped. the dumplings definitely taste very home made and mixed well w the chili oil. but I feel like there was nothing that special about these dumplings compared to another places homemade dumplings
